Led service design, customer experience definition and UX design for Vehicle-To-Grid (V2G) renewable energy product and strategy, including field testing, primary research, app heuristic analysis and usability testing.
Service design for Electric Vehicle charging — Intelligent Route Planning to service customers looking for a seamless way to quickly get their preferred charge. Service Design, Customer Journey Definition, UX/UI. Workshop facilitation with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
Designed global customer journeys to encompass the whole of Nissan, facilitating workshops to produce an accurate picture of the customer across all subsidiary functions. Onboarding departments and regions to a customer-centric approach and jobs-to-be-done methodology.

Strategy and UX/UI/content for Nissan@Home — an initiative ensuring offline services were given online alternatives during and after the global pandemic, with localisation across different markets.
Autonomous Driving Strategy for Passenger Experience. Global electrification strategy including primary research, facilitation of regional and functional workshops, and omnichannel recommendations for markets with differing EV maturity levels.

Managed 30+ developers and designers remotely. Led a project to redesign the future onboard interface, updating a legacy IVI and setting up a 'cockpit' to host test users and reinforce design decisions.
Guided Learning Experience for new vehicle owners to maximise use of electric vehicle features. UX/UI for the Ariya model launch. Led a drive for improved copywriting at Nissan, producing copywriting guidelines. Created an iPad-based assistant for dealers.

Designed content for campaigners and humanitarian aid workers. Taught non-digital staff about user-centred design and evangelised its value to senior staff. Embedded regular in-house scenario testing and user research. Drove the content management and digital experience backlogs using Scrum Master accreditation. Acted as UX and content consultant to stakeholders across the organisation.

Led production of all digital video across channels. Commissioned, wrote and edited blogs. Produced quality copywriting for different audiences — from inspirational fundraising materials to mobilising campaigners. Created social media-friendly video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Wrote and delivered group-wide digital strategy. Directed the group's digital presence during its major European expansion into seven partner countries. Real-time social media at events. Used optimisation tools to enhance user journey and overall website experience.
